About MOQ
A1. Our MOQ is 500 pieces.
A2. This is a mold. If you can choose 3-4 colors, the quantity is 500 pieces.
A3. I hope so, but for customized watches, especially metal products, almost 98% of them need to be completed through molds. So there is a requirement to limit the quantity.

A2. Our sample delivery time is 45-65 working days. It depends on the style. Simple watches take less time.
A3. Our sample cost is US$100-500, the exact price depends on the design you make.
A4. We can provide 1-3 pieces.
A5. The international cost of samples is about US$30-80, depending on different regions, but this is the only shipping cost for your reference.
A6. 3-7 working days.
A7. Once the order quantity reaches 500 pieces, the sample fee can be refunded. Don't worry!

A2. Our common warranty period is 12-18 months.
A3. Our lead time for mass production is 10-25 days. Simple designs only take 28 working days, some difficult designs take more days, about 35 working days.
A4. Yes 12-36 months, but it depends on which movement we use. Like some batteries can last 5 years.
